Rikaisama Known Bugs

1. As of Firefox 27.0, in super-sticky mode, a ctrl-right-click does not remove the context menu like it should. (Thanks nest0r!).
2. Don't apply the "hide defintions" setting to sanseido mode (Thanks daichi!). link.
3. In Super Sticky Mode, ctlr-left clicking a link will allow the next popup to be removed as if in non-Super Sticky Mode (Thanks nest0r!) link.
4. Leave the $a field blank when there is no audio. (Thanks Seizar!) link.
